Cancelations
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancelations to avoid a 50% charge. Cancelations made on the day will incur a 100% charge.

All bookings over 2 hours will require a 10% deposit and valid credit card details to secure your appointment.

All prices are inclusive of 17.5% vat and are subject to change without prior notice.

All times quoted include treatment, preparation time and consultation.

Please do not consume food on the premises.

The salon environment is not suitable for under 10s for the benefit of other clients.

We ask that you communicate your specific requirements openly to your therapist, however Joanne and Clare would like to be made aware if your treatment did not meet your expectations.

Gift vouchers are available to be used against any treatment. Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date, are non refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.

If you are taking medication, are under a consultant, pregnant, have allergies or any other medical conditions please make us aware and consult a doctor before attending.
